Abstract It has been widely assessed that the quality and quantity of nutrient supply growing system can strongly affect growth development plants, nutritional quality, levels minerals, phytochemicals, vitamins. The study was conducted on leaves wild rockets grown in soil soilless to examine effect conditions mineral fertilization doses content, enzymatic non-enzymatic antioxidants, oxidative stress. experiment a plastic greenhouse into two independent sectors, one for soil-bound cultivation another equipped cultivation. crop subjected high compared low-input program. Ion exchange chromatography, spectrophotometrically, microbiological techniques were utilized. treatments increased fresh weight, number, chloride microbial load. Exogenous application higher nitrogen significantly boosted ascorbate hydrogen peroxide levels. Wild rocket showed content sulphates polyphenols, enhanced activity antioxidant enzymes dehydroascorbate reductase monodehydroascorbate reductase. rate did not modify nitrates, except treated with program, where nitrate slightly exceeded regulatory limits. yield overall be improved by combining proper fertilizer dose (soilless or soil) suggested management is provided.
